This place was nice in general with a super-friendly staff team. The food was good and the bar was good. Location: the hotel was close to the bars and restaurants and mountain and Powderkeg. It also was to everything in Ohakune.

This hotel has marvellous location near the train station. The service is spectacular, includes convenient parking.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and good facilities. The location is perfect, as it is close to the ski road exit and the main market. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.

Room was a little cold and took a long time to heat. A lot of condensation in the bathroom - needs an extraction fan and some heating.

This hotel was fantastic for anyone wanting to catch some fresh snow in a clear weather window without the family in tow. The location was perfect, very close to access the mountain and the off-mountain facilities. The rooms were big enough and had everything for a one-night stay. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were sufficient.

The furniture in the rooms had a dated feel, and there was a damp odor present.

t.V only had one channel, water pressure was awful, lock on door was faulty, key didnt open door to spa, room was boarded up and reception couldnt be contacted to turn it on...false advertising on the website, said that was the cheapest option but had 3 beds????

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was conveniently close to the mountain for skiing, and the room was clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Parking was never an issue, and the facilities were excellent.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The value for money was great, especially considering the spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchenette to the mezzanine and double bed on the bottom. The location was perfect, being near the ski road and also close to the main market.

All was great at this hotel.

I thought we would have a touch more space in our room, and more in room facilities.
